Senior Healthcare Support Worker Coach

We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Support Worker Coach to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs and assessments in a timely manner.
This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Arrange visits and contacts with learners and line managers for induction, observation, and progression.
- Assess learner work in virtual and onsite classrooms/workplaces within set timeframes, achieving targets set by management.
- Provide constructive, professional, and relevant feedback to learners regarding their qualifications.
- Observe learners in the workplace against awarding body criteria, offering feedback as necessary.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven IAG, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
- Experience with Ofsted inspection frameworks.
- Good IT skills.
- Ability to work independently.
Salary:
The salary for this position is approximately $52,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
