Regional Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Director to oversee the operational performance of our corporate stores in Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring stores meet sales targets, deliver excellent customer service, and uphold our corporate values of ownership, teamwork, and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and improve the operational performance of our corporate stores in Ontario
- Ensure stores meet sales targets, deliver excellent customer service, and uphold our corporate values
- Develop and implement strategies to drive store growth, improve efficiency, and increase profitability
- Provide leadership and guidance to store managers and staff
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Prepare and manage the regional store budget and monitor OPEX to ensure financial targets are met
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant combination of education and experience
- 8+ years of experience in retail and/or wholesale operations management, with a strong track record of success
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and achieve sales targets while upholding corporate values
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships and empowering others
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
