Job Title: Registered Nurse - Complex Care Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Complex Care Specialist. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to individuals with profound and complex disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual
- Deliver person-centered care that promotes independence and improves quality of life
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvements
- Provide leadership and support to colleagues to ensure excellent care standards
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a good understanding of PMLD and complex needs, as well as experience in a similar nursing role. You will also need to be a registered nurse with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
