  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and other project stakeholders. Coordinate meetings, provide progress updates, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  4. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure workmanship and materials meet project specifications and industry standards. Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to identify and rectify deficiencies.
  5. Team Leadership: Motivate and inspire project teams to achieve performance targets and deliver high-quality results. Provide guidance, training, and support to site staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  6. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare accurate and timely reports, including progress reports, risk assessments, and method statements. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records in compliance with company procedures and contractual requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working as a Project Manager or Site Manager on civil engineering projects, preferably within the water sector.
  • Valid SMSTS certification is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, with a focus on water infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
