About the Role

We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Tesco team as a Colleague. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working closely with colleagues to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and service targets, maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
  • Assist with replenishment, receiving, and stocking of merchandise, ensuring accurate pricing and labelling.
  • Operate a cash register, handling customer transactions and managing cash and card payments.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, maintaining store displays and ensuring products are presented in an appealing and attractive manner.
