Workshop Operative Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Workshop Operative to join our client's team in Colden Common, Winchester. As a leading manufacturer of bespoke sculptures, models, and prototype objects, our client requires a reliable and skilled individual to work on a temp to perm basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working in the fabrication department, creating products on both a smaller and larger scale for clients such as Google and Virgin. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the fabrication of sculptures, models, and prototype objects
  • Work with a range of materials, including metals, woods, and plastics
  • Meet deadlines and work to a high standard of quality
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
