Esh Group invites applications for the position of Esh Group HSE Director. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to achieving a high standard of health and safety in all its activities. As a key figure in the organization, you will be responsible for implementing health and safety policies, procedures, and systems that ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
With a strong focus on risk management, you will identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them. Your expertise will help the company maintain its excellent health and safety record, minimizing accidents and incidents. You will also contribute to the development of safety awareness among employees, promoting a culture of responsibility and accountability.
This role requires a deep understanding of health and safety regulations, including HASWA, CDM 2015, and ISO 45001. You will work closely with site management teams, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their health and safety obligations. Additionally, you will participate in the maintenance of the Integrated Management System, conducting regular HSEQ inspections and audits.
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development through our training programs.
