Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Creative Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for supporting the Project Supervisor in leading the drive for change in our retail estate. This includes overseeing the design and implementation of new and existing stores, ensuring consistency with our corporate strategy and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and deliver the design output of Refit Creative Projects, from concept to completion, ensuring a cohesive and engaging customer experience.
  • Coordinate the design and programme process for new stores and refit projects, working closely with project teams and external agencies to deliver a refreshed customer experience.
  • Progress updates for current projects, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders and tracking outstanding works.
  • Deliver individual programme-related documents, using our library of templates to build and deliver the necessary documentation.
  • Assist with programme coordination, attending site visits and logging feedback and outstanding works for key stakeholders.
  • Support the Store Planning Supervisor/Lead with the delivery of store project reviews and brand deliverables, grouping together functional feedback and information to share back to the business.
  • Execution of development projects, ensuring the delivery of retail development projects within the Group, keeping one eye on what has been executed within the new estate.

Requirements

  • Technically literate with excellent MS proficiency.
  • Experience using In-Design, AutoCad, and Revitt Models.
  • Strong communication and project coordination skills.
