Structural Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Structural Engineer to join our team in Warwick. As a key member of our structures division, you will work closely with a talented team of engineers to deliver complex and challenging structural projects from conception to completion.

You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including bespoke new build structures, refurbishment, and heritage works.

As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for producing detailed designs, calculations, and specifications, as well as attending design and project progress meetings. You will also liaise with contractors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing detailed designs and calculations using UK and European codes of practice
  • Reviewing and revising designs with clients and stakeholders
  • Liaising with contractors and clients to ensure project delivery
  • Managing project costs and programmes
  • Ensuring compliance with designers' duties under the CDM Regulations

Essential skills and experience include:

  • Minimum 2:1 BSc/BEng in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 4 years post-qualification experience in civil and structural engineering
  • Chartered or near-chartered status with a relevant body (MICE or MIStructE)
