Senior Bordereaux Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bordereaux Analyst to oversee and manage outsourced bordereaux processing for our client, a leading player in the Lloyd's market. This role is pivotal in ensuring data quality and process efficiency while acting as a key point of contact for both in-house and outsourced teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Process Oversight: Ensure accurate and timely delivery of bordereaux processing, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
- Liaison and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for bordereaux matters, addressing queries and escalating issues where necessary, ensuring seamless communication with brokers, coverholders, and underwriting teams.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze and challenge processing statistics to drive performance improvements, ensuring alignment with Lloyd's standards.
- Technical Expertise: Strong analytical skills and technical expertise in bordereaux management, with experience in Intrali.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven experience within Lloyd's and the London Market, with a deep understanding of the industry's standards and regulations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and issue resolution.
