Corporate Engagement Specialist

At RLM Communications, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Communications and Content Officer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic organization and contribute to the development of our communications strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and implement effective stakeholder engagement relationships and strategies to promote and protect the organization with key stakeholder groups.
- Communications: Provide regular communications to stakeholders on new emerging issues and key organizational activities, including a regular newsletter for stakeholders.
- Colleague Education: Educate and inform colleagues across the business on our stakeholder engagement and external relations, providing updates on significant developments in our stakeholder landscape.
- Briefing and Speechwriting: Draft briefs and speeches for senior leaders as required.
- Team Support: Support colleagues across the Communications & Engagement Team in handling external responses, developing content, and communicating internally to ensure an integrated approach to corporate engagement.
- Senior Leader Support: Manage stakeholder engagement for senior leaders, including a robust visit programme with high-quality, timely briefing.
- Political Engagement: Support political engagement as required, including relationships with the Transport Select Committee and Clerk, and key MPs and their staff.
- Communications Hub: Support the Communications Hub structure to ensure a coordinated, consistent, and integrated approach to communications for the organization's priority areas.
