Financial Reporting Manager

Shape the future of financial reporting

Financial Leadership: Oversee month-end reporting, prepare comprehensive financial statements, and conduct in-depth financial analyses. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting, and provide insights into sales, margin, and profitability trends.

Strategic Insights: Drive strategic financial initiatives, identify opportunities for growth, and develop financial models to inform business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial strategies and achieve business objectives.

Operational Excellence: Streamline financial processes, manage intercompany reconciliations, and support audits and tax inquiries. Develop and maintain financial systems and controls to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Team Development: Mentor and guide the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

System Optimisation: Lead projects to improve financial reporting systems, enhance consolidation and budgeting processes, and increase data accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with IT teams to implement financial system upgrades and integrations.

Requirements: Qualified accountant with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience. Strong understanding of IFRS consolidation, multi-currency management, and transfer pricing. Experience with inventory consolidation and consolidating data from multiple ERP systems. Advanced Excel skills and project management experience. Meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
