We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst Professional to join our Global IT Team at Kramp. As an IT Information Analyst CRM, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing Microsoft 365 (CRM) solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset and be able to analyze business processes and translate them into the CRM solution. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), database concepts, and SQL is considered an asset.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement Microsoft 365 (CRM) solutions;
  • Analyze business processes and translate them into the CRM solution;
  • Develop and maintain effective CRM configurations;
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on CRM usage;
  • Work closely with the product owner to ensure seamless integration of CRM solutions;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related studies;
  • Excellent communication and analysis capabilities;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; Dutch is a plus;
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), database concepts, and SQL is considered an asset;

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience;
  • 25 vacation days and 12 ADV days (based on a Dutch full-time contract);
