Operations Secretary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Secretary to provide high-quality administrative support to our team. Your duties will include:

Main Tasks

  • Preparing documents and reports, including letters, memos, and communications
  • Handling telephone enquiries and managing diaries
  • Processing expenses and orders, raising cheques, and dealing with suppliers regularly
  • Welcoming visitors and providing a professional environment
  • Managing petty cash and client funds as required
  • Supporting site recruitment administration with the Service Manager and the Central Resourcing Team
  • Preparing for meetings and taking minutes

Your Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in data entry and computer software
