Operations Secretary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Secretary to provide high-quality administrative support to our team. Your duties will include:
Main Tasks
- Preparing documents and reports, including letters, memos, and communications
- Handling telephone enquiries and managing diaries
- Processing expenses and orders, raising cheques, and dealing with suppliers regularly
- Welcoming visitors and providing a professional environment
- Managing petty cash and client funds as required
- Supporting site recruitment administration with the Service Manager and the Central Resourcing Team
- Preparing for meetings and taking minutes
Your Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer software
