About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counter Team Lead to join our team As a Counter Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of Brow and Beauty Experts to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Brow and Beauty Experts to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Build relationships with customers to increase loyalty and drive repeat business.
  • Ensure that our stores are always fully stocked and visually appealing, and that all staff are aware of their responsibilities regarding stock management.
  • Maintain high levels of communication between store/department managers and area managers.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, customer feedback, and staff performance.

What We Offer

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive pension scheme, life assurance, and access to our employee discount programme.
