Parcel Delivery Driver

Are you ready to make a difference in your community? Royal Mail is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals for temporary postal delivery driver positions.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for delivering parcels and mail to customers in a safe and efficient manner. This will involve loading the mail for your route, setting out on foot or in a provided van, and capturing customer signatures for deliveries.
The hand-held computer device will act as your routing system, putting your round in the most economical route. Each round usually takes around four hours to complete.
About YouWe are looking for someone who is upbeat and self-motivated, able to work alone or as part of a team. You will have a strong sense of community and enjoy being outdoors, regardless of the weather.
A full UK manual driving licence is required, with no more than six penalty points. Some experience in a customer-facing role would be ideal.
