We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Drama Graduate Teacher in Chelmsford. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our teaching staff and enhancing the educational experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons;
  • Support teachers in assessing and monitoring student progress;
  • Provide individual or small group support to students who need additional help;
  • Encourage and inspire students to achieve their full potential;
  • Participate in and lead extracurricular activities to enhance student engagement;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall development of the school community.

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a passion for working with children. A degree in any discipline, preferably with a focus on education or a related field, is essential.
