Job Title: Education Assistant Leader

Estimated Salary Range: £90-£110 per day (dependent on location and experience)

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Education Assistant Leader to join our team at beBee Professionals in Harlow, United Kingdom. As a vital member of our education team, you will support teachers in the delivery of high-quality education to students, while also contributing to the overall success of the school.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a school environment, with strong leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring colleagues, supporting students with their learning needs, and collaborating with teachers to develop engaging lesson plans.

In addition to your educational duties, you will also be required to contribute to school-wide initiatives and projects, such as improving student outcomes and enhancing teacher development. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor colleagues in the delivery of educational programs
  • Support students with their learning needs and provide guidance to teachers
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop engaging lesson plans and improve student outcomes
  • Contribute to school-wide initiatives and projects, such as improving student achievement and enhancing teacher development
  • Provide feedback to teachers on their performance and suggest areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote student engagement and motivation
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a school environment is preferred but not essential
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students and colleagues
  • Patience and a positive attitude toward supporting students
  • Flexibility to work on short notice when required
  • A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one
