Maintenance of Site Equipment and Infrastructure


The Maintenance Shift Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance of site equipment and infrastructure, excluding refrigeration, for the Saputo Dairy UK Hawes site.


This includes the maintenance of state-of-the-art cheesemaking equipment, planned preventative maintenance, and ensuring that site facilities and equipment function with optimal efficiencies.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Carrying out routine maintenance tasks on site equipment and infrastructure
  • Performing planned preventative maintenance to prevent equipment failure
  • Ensuring that site facilities and equipment function with optimal efficiencies

Requirements:



  • Technical knowledge of site equipment and infrastructure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit engineering team
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
