As a Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for delivering person-centered care to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence, dignity, and self-worth. Your role will involve providing a range of services, including personal care, medication support, meal preparation, and housekeeping. You'll also assist clients with daily activities and mobility tasks, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support.

Care Assistant roles with City & County Healthcare Group offer a competitive salary of £720-£753 per week (pro-rata) + mileage. Plus, you'll enjoy flexible working hours, part-time and full-time options, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, death in service payment, pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, refer a friend scheme, and blue light card eligibility.

Responsibilities:

• Companionship - building strong relationships with clients and their families
• Personal Care - supporting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing
• Medication - administering medications safely and accurately
• Mealtimes - preparing delicious meals and snacks
• Housekeeping - maintaining a clean and safe living environment
• Mobility - assisting clients with daily mobility tasks, such as walking and transferring
