Are you an experienced Data Centre Shift Manager with a passion for facilities maintenance and data centres? Trevett Services is working with a market leader in the FM and building maintenance industry who is currently looking for a Data Centre Shift Manager to join their team managing a technical team of engineers across one of their critical data centre contracts. This position offers the chance to work on a new contract and advance your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and motivate a team of shift engineers across multiple disciplines to ensure routine maintenance is carried out to all building plant, equipment, and systems to meet and exceed expectations and agreed service level agreements.
  2. Provide emergency response and support contract mobilisation, including implementation of CBRE QHSE and risk management processes and procedures, development and testing of operational procedures, and onboarding and training of engineering staff.
  3. Ensure strong knowledge of electrical and critical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience with client liaison, hands-on and hands-off (SLA's, Health and Safety, QSHE).
  4. Must have a current or previous HV ticket as well as being fully electrically qualified.
Requirements:
  1. Experience managing a team of engineers on a days or shift basis.
  2. Strong knowledge of electrical and critical systems.
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills.
  4. Experience with client liaison.
  5. Experience with hands-on and hands-off (SLA's, Health and Safety, QSHE).
  6. Must have a current or previous HV ticket as well as being fully electrically qualified.
