Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Pertemps Bond. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and secure new clients through proactive networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Attract top temporary talent through advertising, job boards, and active headhunting techniques.
  • Full 360° Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job specification, CV screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure repeat business.
  • Sales and Targets: Hit and exceed revenue and placement targets in a competitive environment.
