The Job Description:

  • Develop and implement HSE plans, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of risk assessments, hazard identification, and control measures.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive sustainability and improvement initiatives.
  • Lead the HSE team in developing skills and knowledge through training and development programs.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HSE management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong understanding of NEBOSH qualifications and industry standards.

Salary Range: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum.
