About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at Holroyd Howe. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

About You

We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of food preparation and presentation. You should have a good understanding of kitchen health and safety regulations and be able to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards. The ideal candidate will also have experience working in a similar role and the ability to contribute to menu planning and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards.
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Ensure consistency in food quality across all dishes.
  • Contribute to menu planning and help develop creative ideas for the kitchen.
