Are you looking for a fun and rewarding seasonal role in a prestigious brand? As a Christmas Stylist at Jo Malone London, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional customer experiences and drives sales during the peak trading period.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service, building rapport, and exceeding expectations
  • Contributing to daily and weekly store targets during our peak trading period
  • Supporting colleagues in creating a memorable customer experience
  • Educating customers on product features and benefits
  • Adhering to all store/company retail housekeeping, health & safety, and security standards
  • Making our stores peak ready by supporting the management team with visual merchandising changes and stock management
  • Following Brand/store procedures when receiving, checking, unpacking deliveries, actioning stock movements, and following replenishment process
  • Keeping up to date on company/store information by means of Workplace, team briefs, or any other forums the Brand utilizes

Requirements

· Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is desirable
