Employment Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Employment Coordinator to join our team at Enable Works. As an Employment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with barriers to employment to achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized support to clients to help them overcome employment barriers and achieve sustainable employment.
- Work in partnership with NHS and Community Mental Health Teams to identify and address client needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local employers to create job opportunities for clients.
- Conduct regular progress reviews with clients to monitor their employment journey and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure a high-quality service is delivered to clients.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about helping others and has a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and employers.
You will also have a strong understanding of the local community and be able to navigate the complexities of the employment landscape. A full driving license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
