Digital Campaign Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Campaign Specialist to join our team at Mecca Brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and facilitating the delivery of customer calendars across owned channels, ensuring seamless coordination with eCommerce, Creative, and Marketing Technology stakeholders.

As a Digital Campaign Specialist, you will play a crucial role in:

  • Facilitating the planning of communications calendars in alignment with broader marketing and digital teams
  • Coordinating with Digital Campaigns Coordinator to brief and execute personalised email and push campaigns, as well as onsite tests
  • Collaborating with Brand Marketing and Campaign Marketing teams to develop creative assets that align with brand guidelines and engage customers
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns through Google Analytics and providing actionable insights to inform future marketing strategies
  • Partnering with PR & events team to amplify and support their campaigns
  • Working with Marketing Automation Specialists and external digital agencies to execute campaigns in platform
  • Ensuring campaign updates are communicated to the Customer Service team to manage customer feedback appropriately

Key Requirements

This role requires prior experience in developing and executing strategic plans for direct marketing channels, particularly in email and app push marketing. Strong planning and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to extract valuable insights from campaign reports.

  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
  • Outstanding attention to detail and excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices and experience with digital personalisation, a plus
