Supervisor (Roofing/Externals) Opportunity

Regen Solutions is seeking a skilled Supervisor to join our team in Watford. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that suppliers and subcontractors complete their work efficiently and effectively.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise contract work to ensure timely completion and adherence to contract KPI targets.
  • Oversee the maintenance team to ensure efficient and productive work practices.
  • Inspect and identify problems, and implement solutions.
  • Manage voids, day-to-day, and reactive maintenance work.
  • Liaise with customers to address queries and issues.
  • Ensure high-quality work completion and meet client expectations.
  • Complete paperwork and reports in accordance with company procedures.
  • Drive between sites as part of daily duties.
  • Maintain a safe and tidy workplace.
  • Complete time sheets, work sheets, and reports as required.
  • Attend inspections as necessary.
  • Utilize Excel effectively.
