About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Solicitor to join our team in Leeds. As the first solicitor in the newly formed property team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial property matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a mix of residential and commercial property work, including internal referrals and external clients.
  • Lead business development efforts to establish and grow the property department, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase revenue.
  • Build strong client relationships through exceptional client care and high-quality service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Establish efficient processes and standards that reflect the firm's commitment to excellence, ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' PQE in property law, with a mix of residential and commercial property expertise.
  • Strong business development skills, with a track record of cultivating client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and make strategic contributions to the firm's growth.
