Job Title: Real Estate Team Lead
Job OverviewAward-winning commercial law firm seeks experienced individual to manage and supervise a small team of legal administrators in Central Bristol.
- Key responsibilities include performance management, career development, discipline, and welfare support.
- Maintain high standards of work quality, completion, and task performance through active management and supervision.
- Monitor Section MI data to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
- Host regular team meetings to keep the team updated on key information and company goals.
- Support talent development within the team by identifying individual potential and opportunities for growth.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in legal real estate, HMRC, and Land Registry applications.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in software relevant to the role.
- Supervisory experience, preferably in a similar field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and support the team.
The estimated salary range for this position is up to £32,000 per annum, with a competitive benefits package including:
