We are a leading manufacturer of innovative products and solutions, and we are seeking a highly skilled Design and Development Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new products and product lines to meet customer requirements and company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design and development align with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, technical drawings, and user manuals.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design and development decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in design and development engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or product development environment.
- Strong knowledge of 3D CAD software, such as Creo, and experience with design simulation tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
