Carpentry Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Joiner to join our team in the North Lakes, where you'll be working Monday to Friday, with an additional generous on-call payment for taking part in our out-of-hours service on a rota basis with colleagues.

As a Carpentry Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality and compliant work, multi-skilling to improve first-time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers' homes. With a strong background in joinery work within a maintenance environment, including glazing and working with UPVC windows and doors, you'll be able to use your own initiative and judgement to deliver amazing things for our customers.

The salary for this role is £32,777 per annum, plus van, generous on-call allowance, and great benefits. You'll also enjoy 34 days leave, increasing to 39, with the option to buy 5 more, as well as time off for volunteering too.

We're looking for someone who can be part of our fantastic repairs and maintenance team, bringing their uniqueness, brilliant skills, and awesome experience to deliver amazing things for our customers. If you have a City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in carpentry, joinery or equivalent, experience in other building trade areas, and a flexible approach, this could be the perfect role for you.
