Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients via phone, email, and other methods to assist with queries or updates.
  • Assist in case monitoring tasks.

Requirements

  • Prior experience from a customer service role is essential within an office environment.

  • 35 hours per week between 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday.
