About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our In-Room Dining team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process guest in-room dining orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide personalized service to guests, addressing their preferences and special requests.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth communication and accurate preparation of in-room dining orders.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the hotel's room service menu and communicate effectively with guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Uphold high standards of presentation and service etiquette when delivering orders to guest rooms.
  • Provide support during peak hours, adapting to the dynamic nature of in-room dining demands.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on menu changes and service procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar in-room dining or food and beverage role within a luxury hotel.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate across departments.
