CNC Turner Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner to join our team at Everpool Recruitment. As a CNC Turner, you will be responsible for operating and programming Vertical Machining Centres using Fanuc Controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program and operate Vertical Machining Centres using Fanuc Controls
  • Understand and implement ISO 9001:2015 Quality Systems
  • Machining of exotic metals (super duplex, duplex, 718, x750, Hastelloy, Monel etc)
  • Experience with Doosan Vertical Machining Centres and Kafo H630 (Twin pallet Horizontal Machining Centre) Fanuc Control
  • Working in the Oil, Gas, Fluid and Power generation industry sectors

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with machining of exotic metals
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Systems
  • Experience with Fanuc Controls and Vertical Machining Centres
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced subcontract machine shop environment
