We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Project Manager to lead the sourcing and acquisition of an off-the-shelf recruitment software solution for our client's division. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders to define project scope, conduct market research, and manage the entire procurement process from tender to contract finalisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Identify and document software requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research to evaluate potential suppliers and solutions, considering factors such as quality, cost, and suitability.
- Tender Management: Lead and manage the full tender process, from preparation to vendor selection, ensuring compliance with relevant policies.
- Vendor Evaluation: Assess and compare vendors based on quality, cost, and suitability, providing recommendations to stakeholders.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and pricing to ensure favourable agreements, aligning with business goals.
