## Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team at Conrad Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our Historic Buildings and Adaptations team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our approach to climate change and environmental factors.

## Key Responsibilities

* Develop technical information and collaborate with senior colleagues and department leaders to enhance our projects and wider policy relating to historic building adaptations.
* Contribute to consultations, focus groups, and the compilation of evidence in various settings, leveraging your professional knowledge and experience as an Architectural professional.
* Travel nationwide to various projects and sites, as well as regional offices and meeting groups, to lead and manage teams and coordinate workloads.
* Manage and coordinate external consultants, ensuring seamless project delivery.

## Requirements

* Degree-qualified and Chartered with a relevant body (ARB / RIBA / CIAT).
* Proven experience and passion for working on adaptations of historic buildings.
* Excellent knowledge and experience of UK policy and legislation relating to achieving net zero and the decarbonisation of buildings.
* Strong leadership skills and experience in management roles.
* Ability to engage with senior figureheads, including shareholders, stakeholders, and others.
