We are currently seeking a skilled Plumbing Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Resourcing Group. As a Plumbing Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of monitoring, one-off remedial cleaning, chemical testing and minor plumbing electro/mechanical tasks to meet the clients agreed requirements with regard to the Legionella Control Programme as set out in the Water Technical Manual.

The ideal candidate will have a technical background relating to plumbing and previous experience within Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring or Water Treatment. A strong understanding of Water Systems is also desirable. In addition, you should have basic IT skills, preferably with Microsoft packages, and demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills.

This is a permanent and secure role available for the right person. The estimated salary for this position is between £28,000-£34,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Carrying out monitoring, remedial cleaning, chemical testing and minor plumbing electro/mechanical tasks
  • Maintaining accurate records of work carried out
  • Working independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
  • Providing excellent customer service skills
