Job Summary:

Engineering Recruitment PDQ is seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler - Instrument Technician to join our team. As an Electromechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for the complete mechanical assembly of instruments from component parts, including the manufacture and installation of wiring looms using techniques such as soldering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete mechanical assembly of instruments from component parts
  • Manufacture and installation of wiring looms using techniques such as soldering
  • Testing and fault finding on instruments
  • Ensure that all H&SE policies and the company ISO guidelines are adhered to during manufacture/assembly/repair of instruments
  • Participation in the ISO9001 and ISO14001 standard development and maintenance

Requirements:
  • A solid background in both mechanical fitting and electrical assembly
  • Experience with precision Mechanical OR electro-mechanical assemblies
  • Take pride in producing high quality work
