Job Title: Structural Project Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Structural Project Engineer to join our team at Real Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our structures department, you will be responsible for managing small to medium-sized projects and working alongside dedicated technicians and civil engineering staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage small to medium-sized projects from conception to completion.
  • Work closely with clients, designers, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office skills to manage project documentation and communication.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree in a suitable discipline (e.g., civil engineering, structural engineering).
  • Proven experience in project management and temporary works.
  • Strong understanding of building construction knowledge and material properties.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
