Job Description

We are seeking a Senior/Principal Electrical Engineer to join our Building Services team in Billericay. The successful candidate will work closely with the Engineering Associate/Director, reporting weekly on progress.

The ideal candidate will ensure all projects are completed to a high technical standard, on time and on budget. Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting with clients to establish project brief and budget costs
  • Project managing site works from commencement to completion
  • Monitoring site works against specification requirements and agreeing contractor's final accounts
  • Carrying out inspections of existing installations and submitting condition reports
  • Using Amtech (Electrical) or IES (Mechanical) software
  • Using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation, codes of practice, CIBSE guides, building regulations, and best practice
