About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Randstad Engineering. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing site, which is a fast-paced environment with high technology products and highly regulated processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a range of maintenance tasks, including both proactive and reactive work, as well as contribute to Continuous Improvement (CI) projects, with a focus on taking personal ownership of one's workload and responsibilities.

* Possess a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, such as an NVQ, ONC, HNC, or HND, and be proficient in interpreting technical drawings and skilled in performing maintenance and repair tasks on electrical and mechanical equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and reliability.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a FMCG or Food manufacturing environment as a multiskilled maintenance engineer.
