Job Title: Sushi Master

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sushi Master to join our team in Godalming, United Kingdom. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality sushi dishes that exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare a variety of sushi dishes, including nigiri, maki, and speciality rolls.
  • Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients, including raw fish and seafood.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely food preparation.
  • Create visually stunning sushi presentations that delight our customers.
  • Manage inventory and stock levels of sushi ingredients.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in sushi preparation techniques.
  • Develop new sushi recipes and contribute to menu planning.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including addressing dietary requirements and preferences.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
