Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Junior Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for analyzing product performance, setting up campaigns and promotions, and reporting on campaign performance. You will also be responsible for site categorization, optimizing product placement and customer journey, search and conversion, publishing products, and optimizing pricing and multibuys to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze on-site product performance and provide actionable insights to optimize product placement and customer journey
  • Set up campaigns and promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement
  • Report on campaign performance and provide regular updates to the team
  • Optimize pricing and multibuys to drive sales and increase revenue
  • Publish products and ensure accurate and up-to-date product information
  • Work closely with the global CRM team to develop and implement effective customer segmentation and targeting strategies

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising or CRM
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Logical approach to testing and adopting continuous improvement
