Job Summary

In this exciting role as a Field Service Mechanic, you will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance and breakdown coverage on a range of forklifts and associated equipment in Milton Keynes. Our client is a highly successful international manufacturer of forklift trucks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out PPM and breakdown on materials handling machinery on a field service engineering basis
  • Reactive breakdown coverage within the allocated geographical area
  • Complete comprehensive training to get fully competent on all machinery and equipment
About You

We are seeking an experienced Plant or Forklift Engineer who can demonstrate mechanical service and repair skills. Ideally, you should have engine diagnostics and some basic electrical skills. A level 3 qualification or equivalent in a relevant subject would be beneficial but not essential.

Our ideal candidate will be local to the Milton Keynes area and available to work Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm. Overtime is available if desired, mostly during the week.
