About the Role
This full-time position involves leading a team of nurses in providing high-quality care to patients with mental health needs. As a Senior Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective care plans, ensuring excellent patient outcomes, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of registered nurses in delivering exceptional patient care
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet individual patient needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Conduct regular audits to maintain high standards of patient safety and care quality
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting staff well-being and development

Requirements
- Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN)
- Proven experience as a Senior Nurse or Charge Nurse in a mental health setting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and on-call shifts
