Salary: £43,440 per annum (pro-rata for part-time contracts), depending on hours worked.

Responsibilities

As an Assistant Store Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, including delivering excellent customer service, managing stock levels, and maintaining high standards of store appearance.
  • Leading a team of dedicated colleagues, motivating and developing them to deliver outstanding results.
  • Boosting operational efficiency, improving sales performance, and driving profit growth.
