About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Project Manager to join our team at the British Heart Foundation. As a key member of our Technology department, you will be responsible for delivering a broad range of projects, from planning to execution, and ensuring successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with stakeholders across the business
  • Collaborate with Technology and non-Technology teams to deliver projects that meet business objectives
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
  • Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
Requirements
  • Proven track record in project management, with experience in hands-on portfolio, programme, and project management
  • Strategic mindset and ability to think critically and creatively
  • Project Management qualification in PRINCE2, Agile, or both
  • Experience in budget management, stakeholder engagement, and change management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
