Key Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day running of the restaurant, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Manage the booking system, including large events, and ensure every customer feels special
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and welcoming Granger & Co. experience
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a smooth and efficient service

  • Previous experience as a host, maître d', or equivalent, with a proven track record of success
