Children's Hospice Staff Nurse

Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at the Northern Ireland Hospice, where we provide specialist respite, symptom management, and end-of-life palliative care to infants, children, and adults across Northern Ireland.
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Children's Hospice Staff Nurse to work predominantly in the child's own home within the trust, with occasional requirements to work in the Children's IPU. As a key member of our care team, you will participate in the assessment, planning, and delivery of care to children and their families, promoting a philosophy of holistic care and active engagement.
The role will include both day and night duty, and you will be required to work collaboratively with non-registered members of the care team to delegate care and promote a seamless service.

Key Responsibilities:- Participate in the assessment, planning, and delivery of care to children and their families

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Nursing or a related field
- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Experience working in a children's hospice or palliative care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to providing high-quality care and support to children and their families
